Do I need to book a table for food?

No, we accept walk-ins from 11am-7:45pm everyday. However we do reccomend booking in advance to guarantee a table especially on our busier periods.

I’m looking to book for more than 6 people but your booking system only allows up to 6, is this possible?

Yes! You can make a booking enquiry through our BOOK NOW button on the website or simply call us on 01475 910601.

Do I need to pay a deposit for larger bookings?

At the moment we do not require a per head deposit for larger bookings. We do however require a pre-order for any parties larger than 10. We would send you a link via email to our menu’s where you would then send your pre-order to us.

Can I book your venue for a private function?

No, unfortunately we do not book out the entire premises. We can however provide an area for bookings over 10 people.

Can I book an area for a small event?

Yes! We can provide an area of our premises for parties anywhere between 10 - 40 people while still staying open to the public. At this time we cannot book for any more than 40 people.

Can we order food from the beer garden?

Yes! We have 3 different areas - restaurant, bar & beer garden. At the moment our restaurant is the only part of the building that we provide table service. If you are sitting in the bar area or beer garden you can still order food at the bar.

Can we book tables in the beer garden?

No, we only provide bookings for our restaurant. Our beer garden operates on a first come first serve basis.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes we are! We love to see dogs in here. All we ask is that they are well behaved and if possible, tied to the table you are sitting at - or atleast on a lead.

Do you allow kids?

Yes! We allow kids and young persons (16 - 17 yo) in our premises until 8pm (9pm if having a meal with a responsible adult). We provide a kids menu which you can find on our menu page on this site.
